Slow Scotland is run by Mat Hayward. When you sign up, we collect your email address so we can send you the series.

We use Mailchimp to store your email address and send our emails. Mailchimp processes your data on our behalf.

We use Plausible to count visits to this website. It doesn’t use cookies or collect any personal information.

After you sign up, you’ll receive 12 emails over 12 weeks, one a week. After that, we may send you additional emails from time to time, but they will always be on the subject of Scotland, travel and quieter places.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. If you have any questions about your data, or would like it deleted, email hello@slowscotland.uk.
